- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat until smooth using an electric mixer or whisk.
- Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in 2/3 of the cheddar cheese, 2/3 of the mozzarella, and 2/3 of the chopped parsley.
- Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar, mozzarella, and parsley on top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly with a lightly golden top.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use fresh lump crab for the best flavor, but high-quality canned or refrigerated crab works well too.
Serve with crackers, toasted bread slices, or sliced vegetables.
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated gently in the oven or microwave.
For extra flavor, add a pinch of Old Bay seasoning or a sprinkle of paprika before baking.
