- Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika in a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl. Toss to coat each breast thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 200°C/400°F). Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess drip off. Place the chicken on the grill.
- Grill each side for about 6-8 minutes, flipping once, until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Transfer the chicken to a platter and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- If using thick chicken breasts, consider pounding them to an even thickness for more even cooking.
- Serve the grilled chicken with a fresh salad, grilled vegetables, or rice for a complete meal.
