Ingredients

  • 250 grams Greek yogurt (plain, 2% fat)
  • 150 grams Mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) Use any berries of your choice, or substitute with mango or banana slices for variation.
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 40 grams Granola Add just before eating to keep it crunchy if making ahead.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional.

Equipment

  • 2 medium-sized glasses or parfait jars
  • 1 measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 small bowl
  • 1 spoon

Method

  1. Wash and pat dry the mixed berries. If using strawberries, hull and slice them.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract (if using).
  3. In each glass or jar, add a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom (about 2 heaping tablespoons).
  4. Add a layer of mixed berries (about 2 tablespoons).
  5. Drizzle half a teaspoon of honey over the berries in each glass.
  6. Add a layer of granola (about 1 heaping tablespoon).
  7. Repeat the layers: yogurt, berries, honey, and granola until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a few berries and a sprinkle of granola on top for garnish.
  8. Serve immediately for a crunchy texture, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes if you prefer a softer granola.
